Genomics Visit moodle November-December 2008 School of Public Health 260.605.01. This two-month course includes two lectures and a computer lab each week. We survey the tree of life from a genomics perspective.
Bioinformatics Visit moodle November 17, 2008-January 12, 2009 School of Medicine M.E:800.707. This is a core course for BCMB first-year students (seven lectures, three computer labs plus a final exam). Other graduate students and postdocs are welcome.
